Ashanti Douglas, also known as Ashanti was is born in Glen Cove New York United States on the 13th of October, 1980. She's an actress and singer from her native United States. Her talent was first noticed when she was a teenager. The singer signed with Murder Inc. Records, in 2002. In the same year, she was included on The Fat Joe's What's Luv?
